Dear Friends and Supporters:
Matthew 27 and 28 reveals many facts about the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. “… the Son of Man was betrayed … wearing a crown of thorns…they smote Jesus on the head…then they spit upon Him…chief priests accused Him of many things…but they cried out, away with Him…they parted His garments, casting lots upon them…a spear pierced His side…they that passed by reviled Jesus…and they crucified Jesus…Joseph wrapped Him in a clean linen cloth…and laid Him in His own new tomb…Joseph rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre…the angel said…He is not here He has risen…Jesus spake…all power is given unto Me in Heaven and in earth.”
Then Jesus gave the Great Commission to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to all nations. Thank God we do not serve a dead god, but a risen Saviour and Lord. I love Easter because it’s where we get to take Jesus out of the tomb and make Him Lord of all.
In recent days, my travels have taken me to preach in four churches in Texas, South Carolina, Virginia, and Ohio. I thank God for pastors who still believe in revival and allow evangelists to bring our revival ministries to their churches.
On Saturday, March 23, 2013, my son and pastor, Ryan Taylor, was ordained to the Gospel ministry at Mt. Salem Baptist Church in West Union, WV. I want to express my gratitude and thankfulness to all who attended and those who sent special cards and letters to Ryan. I also want to congratulate him for his desire to be in the ministry and to be ordained. My prayer is that God will bless his ministry as he pastors Mt. Salem Baptist Church. I am very proud of Ryan and his wife, Katie, and for the job they are doing. Please continue to pray for God’s will to be done and the power of God be upon his life.
I want to thank all of you for your faithful support and prayers. Please continue to pray for us. I know many churches are struggling with their missions’ support and usually the first ones that are dropped are the evangelists. We have had several churches who have recently stopped their monthly support. Please pray with us that we will be able to make up for the loss of income, especially because at this time we already needed to increase our financial support. If you are not presently supporting this revival ministry, I pray that you will consider taking us on for support.
May the Lord bless you is our prayer.
Because He lives,

The Paynes will be coming to serve the Lord here at Mt. Salem after he retires from his present job in March. We would also like to construct an electrical infrastructure for several of our existing buildings. We need construction and concrete workers, painters, electricians, plumbers, roofers, mowers, etc. to come and help us. Your meals and lodging will be provided.
Please remember to pray for Mt. Salem during our off-season and the hard winter months. Your financial support is greatly appreciated to help sustain the camp during this time.

Dear Friends and Supporters:
In recent days, the trail of evangelism has lead me to churches where I held meetings in the states of Ohio, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri and New York. The Lord met with us in each church with wonderful results in salvations, baptisms, church memberships, and full-time service. One pastor said, “We have been praying for ten years for this lady to be saved, and this morning she accepted Christ.” Another preacher said, “This man was under such conviction that he waited until everybody left the church and approached me with tears in his eyes asking to be saved.” The pastor led him to Christ while everybody was driving away. Another preacher told me, “The power of God was evident in every service. It has been a long time since we have seen this many people saved.” I am so thankful how the Lord has blessed the message of the Gospel. Evangelist Dr. Joe M. Boyd used to always say, “Keep looking up and never give up on revival.” Please pray for me as I stay on the trail of sinners in evangelism.
November 12-14, 2012, in Lexington , KY , at the Clays Mill Road Baptist Church , Dr. Jeff Fugate and I will be hosting the National God Save America Revival Conference. In conjunction with the conference, there will be a Next Generation Youth Conference. Enclosed you will find a flier on the conference. I trust that you will make plans to attend Monday through Wednesday of this conference. Some of the guest preachers are young, fired-up, and full of the Holy Ghost preachers; along with older holy men of God who can deliver the goods for the need of the hour.
Thank you for your prayers and financial support. The Randy Taylor Revivals ministries need more supporters on a monthly basis. Would you please pray about being a partner with us as we carry on in the Great Commissions?

Dear Friends and Supporters:
Since the early church days when the first body of believers gathered together, we have been reminding ourselves of the promise of Scripture, “Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers” (Acts 2:41 and 42). We continue to remind ourselves of our responsibility to win people to Christ, to carry out our responsibility of teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer. That is God’s prescription for all churches. It is a magnificent plan of God. Does it work? “And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart. Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved” (Acts 2:46 and 47). The results are that believers who devote themselves to the truth of these essentials will see God’s church expand and grow.
-5000 more, Acts 4:4
-Multitudes of men and women, Acts 5:14
-Disciples increased and the great company of priests became obedient to
the faith, Acts 6:7
-The church continued to multiply throughout Judea, Galilee, and
Samaria, Acts 9:31
-Large numbers of people were brought to the Lord, Acts 11:21-24
-In Inconium there were large numbers of people that believed, both Jews
and Greeks, Acts 14:1
-The churches were strengthened in faith and increased in number daily,
Acts16:5
-Many others believed and a number of prominent Greek women and
men as well, Acts 17:12
The numbers were remarkable and the growth was intense. The growth was continual, but not without opposition and persecution. Our adversary, the devil, as hard as he tried could not stop the early church. And as much as the devil is trying to hinder today’s church, he will not succeed.
I am a believer in having revivals conducted in our local churches. I love revivals and I love seeing what happens as a result of them. I never tire of seeing somebody get saved while out soul winning or seeing someone walk down the aisle of the church. It is thrilling to watch individuals and families join the church. It is a command and commission from Christ for the church until He comes again.
I am grateful for the hand of God and the results that we see on a daily basis in our recent revival meetings. I have been in revival services almost every night for several weeks in several different states, with the exception of the week I was home for the homegoing of my brother, Doyal Wayne Taylor.
For the last five years my brother has worked with us at Mt. Salem Revival Grounds and has lived on the properties. On March 23, he passed away. I thank the Lord for Doyal. I had the privilege of leading him to Christ on a picnic table in the backyard of my house on September 7, 2007. In the last six months, I lost my sister, Cindy at 56, and my brother, Doyal, at 58. Heaven’s sounding sweeter all the time! I wanted to give you his obituary: Doyal Wayne Taylor, 58 of Rt. 2, West Union (Morgan’s Run Community) departed this life on Friday, March 23, 2012, in his residence. He was born on July 2, 1953, in Dallas, TX. Surviving are his parents, Alton Ray and Betty Jo “Brewster” Taylor, TX; one son, Nathaniel Wayne Chapman, Forney, TX; two brothers, Evangelist Randy E. Taylor, Morgan’s Run Community; Gregory Todd Taylor, Forney, TX; one sister, Diane McMillen, Mesquite, TX; three grandchildren, Elizabeth, Addison and Boston Chapman. One sister, Cindy Kay Taylor Bicknell preceded him in death. Mr. Taylor was retired as a manager of Murphy’s Family Ventures, LLC, Sheldon, MO. A Memorial Service was conducted in the Mt. Salem Baptist Church, Morgan’s Run at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, March 30, 2012, with Pastor Randy Taylor Jr. presiding. Interment was in the Old Bethel Cemetery, Morgan’s Run Road. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Salem Revival Grounds, PO Box 186, West Union, WV 26456. Expressions of sympathy may be extended to the family at www.spurgeonfunerals.com. Spurgeon Funeral Home is privileged to serve the Taylor family.

Dear Friends and Supporters:
During the winter months, I spent many hours overseeing the preparation for a cemetery at Mt. Salem Revival Grounds. I have always wanted to have a place for our staff and church families to bury their loved ones. Mrs. Ella Breedlove, who is one of our own, has stage four colon cancer. Ella told me she wanted to be buried at Mt. Salem. I promised her that I would work hard to complete the cemetery.
We had to remove trees, excavate the property, prepare the land for the survey, and had paperwork completed by our attorney. Finally, I was able to file our new cemetery at the West Union Courthouse. The new cemetery is named “Old Bethel.”
I have recently been with Pastor Mark Biter and Heritage Baptist Church of Martinsburg, PA; Pastor Gary Lovens and New Heights Baptist Church of Ft. Wayne, IN; Pastor James West and Faith Baptist Church of Osterburg, PA; Pastor Merideth Sears and Coastal Light Baptist Church of Charleston, SC; and Pastor Ken Lance and Calvary Baptist Church of Bucyrus, OH. I am so grateful for each one of these pastors who are making a difference for Christ in their city and I thank God for the harvest of souls the Lord has allowed us to see.
Thank you for your prayers and support of this ministry of evangelism.

Dear Friends and Supporters:
The first half of December, my revival trail has led me to four different churches in Texas. There have been many people saved, baptized, and dozens of others have made decisions for Christ.
This year, Donna and I have been blessed with a new daughter-in-law, Katie Jo Taylor, who married our son, Ryan, in September. Our hearts are full of thankfulness with the recent announcement that Randy and Joy are expecting their fifth child. The baby is due in August. Even though Donna and I are experiencing the empty nest syndrome, we enjoy our six grandchildren who liven up our home. They are all such a blast!
My ministry prayer request for 2012 is:
- We must increase monthly supporting churches.
- Schedule revivals for the new year.
- We need to increase more churches to attend Mt. Salem Revival Grounds and the God Save America Conferences.
The reality is that we need more churches to be involved to enable us to reach the lost and see lives changed. In a time when our country and churches are struggling, I feel this revival ministry has much to offer local churches. I trust you would prayerfully consider supporting the Randy Taylor Revival ministries on a monthly basis or take a special Christmas Offering to help us at this time.
Merry Christmas and may the Lord bless and guide you and your family this coming New Year.

Dear Friends and Supporters:
Our highest priority as Christians is to get people saved and to glorify God. Revival is the need of the hour in America for individuals, families, and churches. In the last five churches I have been in, the Lord has allowed us to see over 50 saved. This week while I was at a dentist appointment in Panorama City, CA, I was able to lead two of the dental assistants to Christ. My dentist, Dr. Yvonne Arafiles who is a great witness for Him, had sowed good seeds and together we reaped a harvest!
The National God Save America Revival Conference was a blessing and a powerful conference. Every preacher had the right message. The Courtyard Marriott in downtown Ft. Wayne, IN, was beautiful and perfect for our nightly meeting place. The New Heights Baptist Church and Dr. Gary Lovens were gracious hosts in every way. There was nothing left undone or uncovered. There were many wonderful friends and visitors from the surrounding states. I was also very proud of the Randy Taylor Revivals team who worked tirelessly for months on the conference.
We must never give up on this national endeavor for revival. Please pray for all of our ministries and thank you for your continued financial support. If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land (II Chronicles 7:14).
I hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving season.

Dear Supporter:
None of us want to receive that phone call bearing heartbreaking news. But on September 16th, I received word from my youngest brother, Greg, that our sister, Cindy, did not survive a massive heart attack. Cindy was my oldest sister and she would have been 56 on October 30th. Cindy and her husband, George Bicknell, were faithful members at Open Door Baptist Church of Mesquite, TX. Cindy loved singing in the church choir. She was a loving and kind sister to our family. I know George and their children, Joshua Bicknell and Katrina Sigstad, would appreciate your prayers at this time. My sister, Cindy, will be sorely missed.
On a happier note, just a few days later on Saturday, September 24th, our son, Ryan, married Katie Johnson. Their wedding was held in her hometown of Ft. Wayne, IN, at the New Heights Baptist Church. Donna and I are very happy for Ryan and Katie as they plan their new lives together. They will be residing at Mt. Salem Revival Grounds.
In August, I held a revival meeting with Pastor Dennis Morrello and the Lighthouse Baptist Church of Huntington, WV. They also held a vacation Bible school for the children during the meeting. There were over 70 people saved that week. Since that meeting, my travels have taken me to one church in Pennsylvania, two churches in Ohio, two churches in New Hampshire, one in Maine, and one church in Indiana.
Enclosed is a flier of the soon coming National God Save America Revival Conference. The evening services will be held at the Courtyard Marriott in downtown Ft. Wayne, IN. The morning services will be at the New Heights Baptist Church. The morning services include The Next Generation Youth Conference. If you are a pastor with a Christian school, please make plans to bring your teens to the morning services. We have some dynamic speakers that I know will challenge your young people.
I want to personally invite you to come and be a part of this revival endeavor. I trust that many of you would consider sponsoring of the God Save America Revival Conference by financially supporting the revival. I cannot think of a better way to invest in eternity than to have a part of revival in America. Most importantly, please pray for this conference, for those who attend, and for our nation that God would revive us again. Enclosed is a special envelope for the conference. Please make your check to Randy Taylor Revivals, Inc. with a notation that it is designated to the God Save America Conference.
God bless each one of you and I hope to see you in Ft. Wayne, IN, November 7-11, 2011.

Dear Supporter,
In June and July, my travels took me to Wisconsin, two churches in Tennessee, Ohio, two churches in West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. I also had the honor of giving the charge for two weddings.
Less than two weeks ago, Mt. Salem Revival Grounds ended its 2011 summer camp weeks. The weeks were well attended, hundreds of decisions were made for Christ and 77 people accepted Christ as their personal Saviour. God is so good!
Please mark your calendar concerning a location change for this year’s National God Save America Revival Conference scheduled for November 7-10, 2011. It will NOW be held in Ft. Wayne, IN. The host pastor and church is Dr. Gary Lovens and the New Heights Baptist Church. The exact location will be announced in just a few days. Due to circumstances beyond Dr. Biggs’ control, he will be unable to host this year’s conference that was previously scheduled at the Boyne Mountain Resort in Boyne Falls, MI. We love Pastor and Mrs. Biggs and I ask that you pray for them at this time.
II Timothy 2:1-8, “Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully. The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits. Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things. Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel:” It is true that the difference between defeat and victory lie in the hands of faithful people. Thank you for your friendship and faithfulness to God.

Dear Friends and Supporters:
The King James Bible turns 400 this year. God has preserved and inspired our Holy Bible. We believe that the Bible is the written Word of God. It is infallible, Divine Authority in matters of faith and life. I don’t believe that it WAS inspired or WAS preserved. But, I believe it IS inerrant and therefore IS the truth. From the Genesis account of the devil changing and perverting the Word of God, so too has man shared in its lies and has had a desire to undermine God’s authority. They would teach that the Bible is no longer inspired. I would ask who removed its inspiration if God has inspired it. “Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish aught from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you” (Deuteronomy 4:2). I do not believe in limited inspiration. II Timothy 3:16 clears that up. All scripture is given by inspiration of God. Not was given, but is given. I do not believe that inspiration is somehow limited to the original languages such as: Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek. So- called scholars and non-scholars alike continue to teach that the Bible inspiration is only inspired from the original manuscripts. The Bible says in I Peter 1:23, “. . . the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” John 6:63 says, “. . . the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”
America needs more Christians today who will affirm and not deny that the AV 1611 is the Word of God. I believe that we have an every word Bible. That Bible is the King James Bible. We do not need two Bibles. We only need one. Verbal, plenary inspiration means every word in the Bible is inspired by God. My Bible says the Word of God is pure. My Bible says that man shall live by every word. “The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever” (Psalms 12:6 and 7). The Bible says in Psalm 138:2, “… for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.” The Bible says in Mark 13:31, “Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.” The Bible says in Proverbs 8:8, “All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or preserve in them.” Proverbs 30:5 the Bible says, “Every word of God is pure….” John 1:1 The Bible says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” Revelation 19:13 tells us that when Jesus returns again, He will be called The Word of God. The Bible does not use the words original manuscript. Because Jesus is the Word of God and He has preserved the King James Bible and He is our preserved inspiration. I do not believe in this generation of scoffers of the Bible and their diminished view of it. You can rely and trust the 400 year preservation of the King James Bible. Read it. Study it. Memorize it. Preach it. Witness it. Embrace it. Lift it up and exalt it high.
In closing, my I quote John 6:63, “. . . the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” Preservation without inspiration is a corpse without breath. You take inspiration away from our King James Bible, and you take away the life that underlies the Words. We need the moving of the Holy Spirit through every word of every page. We need cleansing of the Living Word. We need the quickening of the life-giving power.
The National God Save America Revival Conference will be held November 7-10, 2011 in Boyne Falls, MI at the Boyne Mountain Resort. The conference will be hosted by Dr. Gary Biggs of the Landmark Baptist Church of Petoskey, MI. I hope that you can attend this year. The theme will be “I FOUND THE BOOK.” That book is the King James Bible. Also, if you want to attend the next regional God Save America Revival Conference, it will be March 27-30, 2011, with Pastor Cameron Giovanelli and the Calvary Baptist Church, 7321 Manchester Road, Baltimore, MD 21222.
God bless you and pray for us as we are on the trails for souls. In the past few weeks, two men were saved in Waynesburg, PA, and one teenage girl was saved in Charleston, SC. Thank you for your prayers and support.
