Dear Friends and Supporters:

During the Mt. Salem Revival Grounds’ summer season, I stayed close to home, traveling only on the weekends so I could be at the camp for the summer events.  My evangelism travels have taken me to one church in Pennsylvania, four churches in West Virginia, one church in Maryland, and two churches in Ohio.  I thank the Lord for all the salvations, baptisms, church memberships, and many other decisions that were made among Christians during these Sundays on the road.

I want to invite you to this year’s National God Save America Revival Conference November 11-13, 2013.  It will be held in Lexington, KY, at Clays Mill Road Baptist Church.  Dr. Jeff Fugate and I will be co-hosting the conference.  What a beautiful, scenic place to come and attend the conference.  Lexington is known as the “Thoroughbred City” and the “Horse Capitol of the World”.  It is located in the heart of Kentucky’s Bluegrass Region.  Lexington’s scenic byways and highways, like the spokes of an old wheel, connect to a host of historic, scenic, quaint, exciting, pastoral, beautiful and peaceful places to enjoy.

Along with myself, our guest speakers will be: Pastor Jeff Fugate of Lexington, KY; Pastor Clyde Gilman of Albuquerque, NM; Pastor William Turner of Lima, OH; Pastor Tony Greene of Knoxville, TN; Pastor Dewayne Walker of Lexington, KY; Pastor Paul Arcand of Pasadena, MD; and Pastor Clay McNeese of Bel Air, MD.  In conjunction with this conference, there will also be a Next Generation Youth Conference.

On Tuesday, October 8, 2013, at 7:00 p.m., we will be having an Inspirational Workers’ Rally with Pastor Dewayne Walker at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 1008 Delaware Ave., Lexington, KY.  Dr. Jerald Chadwick from Amarillo, TX, will be our guest speaker for the night.  This Workers’ Rally will enlist surrounding churches to be apart of the conference such as: an area-wide choir, ushers, altar workers, nursery workers, etc., along with participating in the cottage prayer meetings and the national prayer meetings.  If you are in the area, please make plans to attend the Inspirational Rally.  There are many opportunities to have an active part in the National God Save America Revival Conference.

Dear Friends and Supporters:

Matthew 27 and 28 reveals many facts about the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.  “… the Son of Man was betrayed … wearing a crown of thorns…they smote Jesus on the head…then they spit upon Him…chief priests accused Him of many things…but they cried out, away with Him…they parted His garments, casting lots upon them…a spear pierced His side…they that passed by reviled Jesus…and they crucified Jesus…Joseph wrapped Him in a clean linen cloth…and laid Him in His own new tomb…Joseph rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre…the angel said…He is not here He has risen…Jesus spake…all power is given unto Me in Heaven and in earth.”

Then Jesus gave the Great Commission to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to all nations.  Thank God we do not serve a dead god, but a risen Saviour and Lord.  I love Easter because it’s where we get to take Jesus out of the tomb and make Him Lord of all.

In recent days, my travels have taken me to preach in four churches in Texas, South Carolina, Virginia, and Ohio.  I thank God for pastors who still believe in revival and allow evangelists to bring our revival ministries to their churches.

On Saturday, March 23, 2013, my son and pastor, Ryan Taylor, was ordained to the Gospel ministry at Mt. Salem Baptist Church in West Union, WV.  I want to express my gratitude and thankfulness to all who attended and those who sent special cards and letters to Ryan.  I also want to congratulate him for his desire to be in the ministry and to be ordained.  My prayer is that God will bless his ministry as he pastors Mt. Salem Baptist Church.  I am very proud of Ryan and his wife, Katie, and for the job they are doing.  Please continue to pray for God’s will to be done and the power of God be upon his life.

I want to thank all of you for your faithful support and prayers.  Please continue to pray for us.  I know many churches are struggling with their missions’ support and usually the first ones that are dropped are the evangelists.  We have had several churches who have recently stopped their monthly support. Please pray with us that we will be able to make up for the loss of income, especially because at this time we already needed to increase our financial support.  If you are not presently supporting this revival ministry, I pray that you will consider taking us on for support.
